Such thin skinned yellow journalists's they're turning out these days.

So Doug Messier has banned me from Parabolicarc.

That's no surprise, he's a hack with an agenda and a fairly conventional leftist at that.

Here's how I found out, I went to post this comment on his blog.

" It does not have an accusatory tone in any way. "

Maybe not, in fact, written in bureaucratese, it almost certainly is not overt.

The question is whether it has language in it to justify Mr. Messiers accusatory, sensationalist "journalism", and it does not.

And when I went to post it, I was banned.

Doug, you have an obsession with gotchaism unless it's government talking--then for you it's gospel.  You confidently state howlers like claiming multiple parallel system isn't redundancy (when that is exactly that throughout the aerospace industry) and I'm feeling on safe ground predicting you've had at least one wet dream about getting a Pulitzer.

I'll happily read your blog for info, but if you closed up shop tomorrow, I couldn't care.  All in all you're just another lefty hack.

It's so vicious because the stakes are so small.

The Anti-SpaceX crankery of "James"

The Anti-SpaceX crankery of "James"

So I'll elaborate on how uninformed and unintelligent "James"* comments are before the day is out by updating this post, but in short--

No, Elon Musk and SpaceX have nothing at all to do with proliferating ICBM technology.  The concept has been in existence for over 75 years, and the laws of physics are the same for everyone.  China, India, Pakistan, Israel, even little North Korea have all produced their own ICBM (or IRBMs or TBMs) because this just isn't that hard or costly to do...and they had no assistance whatsoever from Elon Musk.

What SpaceX has done is show how relatively easy and inexpensive it can be to orbit a pound right now, and how inexpensive it can be in the near future, and it is every bit as cheap as space exploration enthusiasts have long said it was.  All we get from SpaceX is the reality of less expensive spaceflight, with no additional risk.  Every "bad actor" who wants an ICBM, IRBM, or TBM will get it whether or not SpaceX flourishes or fails.

ULA and government bootlickers like James / Gary Church be damned.

This posts is prompted by the anti-SpaceX crankery of James seen here:

Anti SpaceX nuts > Enjoy the Crankery

So I've attracted the troll Gary Michael Church, supposedly as his victim.

He made these posts pretending to be me.*

"While I admire Musk, that doesn't mean I uncritically get down on my knees and suck his cock like you Musk Worshippers do."

"You are the troll Gary. How can you ... is any justice."

*Or someone wanting to bury Gary's reputation even further sockpuppeted me as if they were Gary.  Gary has already admitted using sock puppets under his own name, so he has no credibility to destroy on that point--such effort is superfluous.

This is in fact a comment by me:
